I'm afraid that's typical, again. Many fountains just don't work (feels almost like
home.) The "airco" in the underground blows out billowing clouds of water droplets, that have a cooling effect because of evaporation - when you stand close by; farther off, it just makes the humidity worse. By the way, just like in Jamaica, there aren't many trains left; better take the bus.
